Best of TEN!

First, let me just take a moment to soak this all in. Looking out at all of you this week, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude, pride, and love. This moment, this milestone, is made up of the dedication, talent, and spirit that each of you has brought to the stage over the past ten years.  Together, we’ve created not just performances but memories, friendships, and a community that feels like home.

To each of you—whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or joined us along the way—you are the heart of this team. You’ve given your time, your energy, your passion, and your trust, and for that, I am endlessly thankful. It’s not lost on me how lucky I am that I get to do what I love with the people I love every day. I’m immensely thankful that you all allow me to do that. You’ve shared your creativity and courage, you’ve supported one another through challenges, and you’ve celebrated each other’s successes. That’s what makes this group so special.

We’ve danced through late nights, early mornings, costume mishaps, tech week meltdowns, and all the moments in between. And through it all, you’ve shown me what it means to persevere, to adapt, and to find joy in the process. You’ve turned challenges into opportunities and nerves into brilliance.

This tenth anniversary show, Best of Ten, is not just a celebration of what we’ve done—it’s a celebration of who we are. It’s a reflection of the creativity, resilience, and heart that each of you brings to the stage. And while we’re honoring the past, we’re also looking forward to the future. This journey is far from over. The best is yet to come.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the support we’ve had along the way. To our crew, our families, our friends, and everyone who has cheered us on from the wings or the audience—thank you. Your belief in us has been a foundation for everything we’ve accomplished.

So here’s to ten years of dance, laughter, and growth. Here’s to the memories we’ve made and the ones we’ve yet to create. And most of all, here’s to each of you. Thank you for being part of this journey, for sharing your time and talent, and for making my life so full of happiness.

Let’s make this show unforgettable. I’m so proud of you all.
