Starter Class
Let’s start from the very beginning! In this class you will learn the basics of Swing and Rumba. We start with how to stand with your partner, how to dance the basic steps, how to communicate those steps to your partner and how to read the signals your partner is giving you. This class is perfect for those preparing for their wedding, or any dance party. By the end of this 6 week class you will be able to recognize which form to dance with whatever music is played. No partner is required to take this class.
Wedding/Ballroom
Level 2
In Ballroom Level 2 we pick up where you left off in Wedding/Ballroom Starter Class. Now that you have the basics, we will add more figures to your Swing and Rumba. To get your feet moving around the floor and heart pumping, Waltz and Merengue are added to your weekly rotation. By the end of this 6 weeks, you will have learned 4 - 5 figures in Swing, Rumba, Waltz and Merengue. No partner is required to take this class. Registration fee is $70 for 6 weeks of class per person.
