Studio A: Dance studio. Approximately 19 X 40 Mirrors along long wall, hard wood floors, sound system. New ceiling drape system with wall curtains and Christmas lights. This room can seat 60 - 80 people comfortably.

Studio B:  Newly renovated dance studio and event space: Approximately 19 X 44 Mirrors along long wall, hard wood floors, sound system. Exposed brick wall and open ceiling. Attached lounge area with built in bar. This room can seat 70 - 90 people comfortably.

Our facility has central air and heat, large changing area, full kitchen, free wifi, easy street parking and some free parking spaces. We are on the first floor of our building, with a ramp entrance to the building and each studio space. Our space is handicap accessible.

$140 starting hourly rate for event rentals on Friday/Sunday and $150 starting rate on Saturdays (including tables/chairs).

Discounts considered for non-profit, service exchange, long term contracts.

When you rent for an event at Sway, our entire facility is included in your reservation. Use Studio A for buffet and Studio B for seating. Our space is yours to create your vision.
