Please select class dates you will attend in February

Please take a look at your schedule for the next month. Choose all dates you plan to attend class. Permission is required to attend Intermediate Salsa/Bachata (Chicago), Intermediate Swing (Chicago), or Intermediate Latin (Brookfield).

Performance group members may attend any classes listed.

  • Intermediate classes operate on electronic punch cards. Punchcards cost $130 for 10 hours.

  • If you do not select a date, you will not be charged for that class. 

  • If you DO select the date and then do not attend, you will be charged for that class. In order to make sure our instructors can plan an appropriate class and students have the opportunity to learn as much as possible, it is important to know how many and which students we will have on a given day. We have a no show/late cancellation policy in place.

  • If you select a class, then can not attend, please email Info@swaydancechicago.com 24 hours prior to the scheduled class you will be missing in order to avoid being charged for that class. 

  • Please do NOT post on social media, text, or call to report an absence.

  • If a class has fewer than 6 students available to attend, it will be canceled by email.  

  • If you do not select a date, then realize you CAN attend, first check to make sure we are having class by emailing us at info@swaydancechiago.com, then you are welcome to attend and will be charged for that class.

  • Class attendance will be tracked by your instructors.  After you have used your 10 hours of class, you will be invoiced or alerted by the studio when it is time to buy 10 more hours of class.  These classes are referred to as “ongoing” classes.

  • Missed classes can not be made up.

  • If you choose not to fill out the monthly survey, we will assume you are attending all classes and you will be charged for them. If you plan to miss a month of class, still fill out the survey and do not select any dates.

  • Refunds are not offered for any hours left on your card if you choose to stop attending class.

  • Unused punchcard hours cannot be refunded or transferred.

  • Only one 10 hour package per person (packages cannot be shared).

  • Our preferred method of payment is Quickpay/Zelle to info@swaydancechicago.com.
