Event Rental Rescheduling Policies:
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate your needs, we offer the following guidelines for rescheduling your event rental:
Rescheduling Notice
30 Days or More:
You may reschedule your event without penalty if notice is provided at least 30 days prior to the event date.
15-29 Days Notice:
A rescheduling fee of 25% of the total rental cost will be applied for any changes made between 15 and 29 days prior to the event.
7-14 Days Notice:
A rescheduling fee of 50% of the total rental cost will be applied for changes made between 7 and 14 days prior to the event.
Less than 7 Days Notice:
Rescheduling is subject to a fee of 75% of the total rental cost. Availability for the new date is not guaranteed and will depend on our booking schedule.
Same-Day or No-Show
Rescheduling requests made on the day of the event will incur a fee of 100% of the total rental cost, as it is treated as a cancellation.
Availability
Rescheduling is subject to availability on the new preferred date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee specific dates or times.
Event Type or Size Changes
Any changes to the type or size of the event (e.g., increasing guest count, extending hours) must be communicated when rescheduling. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
Additional Costs
If the rescheduled event requires additional staffing, equipment, or setup, these services will be billed according to the current rates at the time of the new event date.
